We are very excited to have you as a part of our Polarity Community! In today’s blog we will walk through how to get started with Polarity Community edition.

Install the Polarity Client

Before your get started with Polarity, you will need to ensure that you have the Polarity client installed on your desktop. Polarity currently supports Windows, macOS and Linux desktop computers. In your account email you have received there are links to download the client.

Connecting to Polarity

Once the client is installed you will be prompted to input your credentials. You can find your credentials in the email you received. To get started just click the “Click Here to Login” which will input the Server Url and your username. If you have forgotten your password, just click the “Forgot Password” button.

Learn the ropes

Once you have logged in you will be prompted with a really short tutorial which walks through Polarity’s On-Demand Only mode using Maxmind data!

Configuring Polarity

The final step is to configure your experience, by configuring integrations and subscribing. To configure your setup, navigate to the overlay window and click on the cog icon. From there you can subscribe to integrations and change the colors to better match your experience.
